So much BOY!

I'm not even going to try and hide it.

Little sweet, already rambunctious little bean is another precious boy.

William _____ (Blake? Patrick? Chase?) McLaughlin will be saying hello to the world in July.

I can't believe it. I write it, and I still don't believe it.

We had an ultrasound here at our house on Sunday. (Thanks A Peek Inside!) Jessica, Erik, my parents, and my father-in-law and Diane were here for Jack's 1st birthday party. So finding out then seemed like the perfect time.

Little man was wiggling all over the place. (of course, he loves to do that) and had no problem showing us quickly what his little parts were.

At first, I was a tad disappointed. Can I write that as a mother? I mean, either way, I'm so excited. He's happy and healthy, that's more than I can be blessed for. But, I was really hoping for one of each.

But, as each day passes, I get more and more excited of the thought of Jackson having a brother so close in age. They'll be just one grade a part in school, and in high school I could really see them having each others' backs. It'll be such a good thing. And what's to say in a couple of years we won't try for a third? We've had serious talks about it!

Jackson had his one year check up yesterday. He's tall and lean, which makes me happy. He's got good genes! He ran all around the doctor's room and checked out all healthy, despite him having a cold.

We celebrated Jackson's first birthday with our amazing friends and family this weekend. When I upload the pictures I'll talk more about it. But, it was beyond memorable and so much fun. Not only was the day fun, but planning with my mom for the week was one of the most memorable and fun experiences I could have asked for. I am beyond blessed with the best mother ever.

I have to end the post with a picture. It's of Jackson and I on his actual first birthday at Pinkberry. Little Will (yet to be known as Will) is swimming around in my tummy. I have my boys so close to me. And this time is so precious and fleeting. I'm enjoying every second.
